BABY FLOWER X MÉO XANH
BABY FLOWER x MÈO XANH CÀ PHÊ is a collaboration between two Vietnamese brands. This collaboration brings together fun and modern graphic designs while using elements from both Vietnamese and American culture to create an experience that everyone and anyone can enjoy and appreciate!

MÈO XANH CÀ PHÊ translates to Blue Cat Coffee, a nod back to Vietnam's sign naming culture, which focuses on practicality rather than aesthetics. No need for an address or directions, look for the restaurant with the Blue Cat in front of it!
MÈO XANH CÀ PHÊ’s mascot was created by using diacritics, known to typographers as glyphs added to a letter. But for normal people, they’re also known as accents or tone markers that can go above or below a letter. For their designs, Quynh decided to make diacritics front and center, keeping them at the forefront of all of their typography.

BABY FLOWER is a plushie company that focuses on handcrafting Vietnamese food items through the wizardry known as crochet.
Combined with cute mascots, known as BanBan’s, with their own funky names and personalities, they’re meant to be a sustainable collectible plush item that can be found in mystery boxes.

This exhibition is made to draw people in, from all cultures and backgrounds, to bond over the love of food and cute things, then to be educated about Vietnamese culture through the food and learn to appreciate more of a culture they may not be familiar with in an engaging and interactive way!
